At 180 Elite Cleaning, we are on the lookout for two dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Cleaning Technicians. We understand the importance of a clean and well-maintained environment, and we’re seeking professionals who share our commitment to delivering the highest quality service.

Hours: This part-time role consists of 4-5 hours per week, with cleaning shifts scheduled on Friday mornings. You’ll be cleaning 2 separate properties for one of our valued customers. You will start right at 7 AM at the first property and be done by 9 AM before they open for business. You will then drive to the second location and clean for 2-3 hours.  

Teamwork: If you have a qualified partner, you’ll move to the top of the list!

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow our tried-and-true 180 Elite Cleaning process to ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in restrooms, breakrooms, and other areas.
• Handle trash collection, including emptying and replacing bags.
• Care for floors, which may involve sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Dust and polish furniture, walls, and windows to maintain a spotless environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
• Punctual: This opportunity requires being at the customer location no later than 7 AM due to their retail business opening at 9 AM.
• Proximity: Applicants in or near Leawood, KS are preferred but not required
• Consistency: Your dedication and dependability are crucial to our success.
• Preferred Experience: While previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles is preferred, it’s not a requirement. We’re willing to provide the training needed to turn you into an exceptional cleaning technician.
• Physical Ability: You should be capable of performing physical tasks, including occasional lifting of 25-40lb boxes of supplies and operating an automatic floor scrubbing machine.
• Organization and Process-Orientation: A well-organized and process-oriented mindset is vital for managing inventory and ensuring service quality.

At 180 Elite Cleaning, we are on the lookout for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Cleaning Technicians. We understand the importance of a clean and well-maintained environment, and we’re seeking professionals who share our commitment to delivering the highest quality service.

Hours: This part-time role consists of 10 hours per week, with cleaning shifts scheduled on Monday-Friday evenings after 5:30 PM (the Friday cleaning can be rescheduled for Saturday or Sunday if needed) in Leawood, KS. In addition to this role, we have customers all around the KC Metro that frequently need subs and help with event cleanups.

Teamwork: If you have a qualified partner, the role can be divided into teams.
